The Department of Statistics is offering a new course for the Spring 2026 Semester: STAT GR4541 Honors Machine Learning with Professor Samory Kpotufe.This course counts as a substitute for STAT GU4241 Statistical Machine Learning, fulfilling the requirement for the Data Science major, and is also an approved elective for Statistics majors and joint Statistics programs.
